Shipping 

Our prints are made to order and shipped to you directly from our printers. Shipping is dependant on your country, but please allow 7-10 working days for your order to complete. You will receive a confirmation email when your prints are dispatched so you know when to expect your colourful post (exciting times!)

Our parcels are sent via courier services, and in some circumstances via Royal Mail. We know there are currently postal strikes around the UK, so please be patient with the post people when waiting eagerly for your order to arrive.

Our prints are packaged in FSC certified postal tubes and wrapped in tissue paper. Please reuse or recycle your packaging where possible. Our tubes also make great playtime for the little ones - star gazing telescopes or tunnels for toy cars (kids imaginations really are the best aren’t they?)

Returns

As our prints are made to order they are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled after placing. Orders are sent over to our printers who begin processing your order right away, so if there is a genuine problem please contact us right away and we will do our very best to amend your order.

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please email us at hello@studiocolourplay.com so we can resolve your problem as soon as possible. No one likes a crumpled print!
